It's simple again. All orders under $50 ship for five bucks via USPS Priority mail anywhere in the United States. *online orders only
Getting your gear out to you quickly and accurately is important to us. We strive to get your order out within one business day. Keep in mind that WE WORK TUESDAY TO SATURDAY; therefore do not ship on Monday.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sizing motorcycle gear can be tricky, especially with our European brands. We offer returns and exchanges on all items except helmets, whether they are full price or on sale. All helmet sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order, you can exchange your item(s) or return them for a refund of the item price credited back to your original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable and if the item was shipped with free shipping, we must deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund. Otherwise, there are no restocking fees! Yay!
Items for return or exchange MUST be in new condition with original packaging and no signs of wear or use. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping your original order back to us for a return or exchange. We do direct exchanges but we do not give store credit.
Return/Exchange Item Condition
DO NOT TAKE ITEMS OUT FOR A RIDE until you are sure you want to keep them. We will not accept ANY exchanges or returns on merchandise that shows signs of use (this includes wear, bugs, dirt, smell, scuffs, etc). We encourage you to try your items on inside first. Items need to be in new condition, in their original packaging with all tags intact. If your return or exchange does not meet the above criteria, we simply cannot accept it.
If you wish to return an item, please call Nick at (504) 595-6776 ext 112 or email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order to get return authorization. Place the item (in new condition with tags intact) in its original packaging and mail it back to TTRNO, "Attention Nick". Items received without prior return authorization or not meeting Return/Exchange Item Condition requirements will be refused. All returns must be received at TTRNO within 7 days of RA.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
We strive to keep our online inventory up to date. We are a small shop, and are often out of sizes or colors. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock or cannot be promptly drop-shipped, we will let you know immediately and will void the credit card transaction.
If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately by phone. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and are subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by TTRNO.
