For little things like t-shirts and personal accessories, TTRNO is able to offer simple and economical $5 ground shipping with USPS Parcel Post in the continental US. If your order is eligible, this will be an shown as an option. Parcel Post does not offer order tracking.
Order Fulfillment
Getting your gear out to you quickly and accurately is important to us. We strive to get your order out within one business day. Keep in mind that WE WORK TUESDAY TO SATURDAY; therefore do not ship on Monday.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Please purchase through our website. All international sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
No Fee Returns and Exchanges (domestic only)
We understand that sizing motorcycle gear can be tricky, especially with our European brands. Therefore, we offer hassle free returns and exchanges with no hidden fees. If you happen to receive an order that is not correct, we will do everything to make it right. Let us know ASAP what is wrong, and we will promptly remedy the situation.
Every item you purchase from TTRNO is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason what-so-ever, you can exchange your item(s) or return them for a full refund (100%) credited back to your original payment method. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping your original order back to us for a return or exchange.
Sale Items are Exchangeable (domestic only)
We want you to be satisfied; therefore, sale items are fully exchangeable (100%) for alternative in-stock sizes, items or store credit. Store credit will be valid for 30 days. We do not offer returns on sale items. (Sale items constitute any item marked with a discounted price. This will be illustrated on the product page as well as the shopping cart page)
Return/Exchange Item Condition
DO NOT TAKE ITEMS OUT FOR A RIDE until you are sure you want to keep them. We will not accept ANY exchanges or returns on merchandise that shows signs of use (this includes wear, bugs, dirt, smell, scuffs, etc). We encourage you to try your items on inside first. Items need to be in new condition, in their original packaging with all tags intact. If your return or exchange does not meet the above criteria, we simply cannot accept it.
Return/Exchange Process
If you wish to return an item, call us at (504) 595-6776 ext 112 or email websales@ttrno.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return/replacement authorization (RA), please place the item (must meet Item Condition requirements above) in its original packaging and place the RA# on the outside of the box. Items returned without an RA or not meeting Item Condition requirements will be refused. All returns must be received at TTRNO within 7 days of RA.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
We strive to keep our online inventory up to date. We are a small shop, and are often out of sizes or colors. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock or cannot be promptly drop-shipped, we will let you know immediately and will not charge your credit card for the purchase (your card is authorized but not charged during our secure checkout).
Cancellations
If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immedately by phone. Once an order has shipped it is subject to our standard return policy.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and are subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by TTRNO.
