Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
Its simple. If your order total is over $50, it ships for free anywhere in the United States (via USPS Priority or FedEx ground, depending on size)
$5 Shipping Under $50
It's simple again. All orders under $40 ship for five bucks via USPS Priority mail anywhere in the United States.
Order Fulfillment
Getting your gear out to you quickly and accurately is important to us. We strive to get your order out within one business day. Keep in mind that WE WORK TUESDAY TO SATURDAY; therefore do not ship on Monday.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sizing motorcycle gear can be tricky, especially with our European brands. Therefore, we offer returns and exchanges with no hidden fees on all regular priced items. If you are unhappy with your order, you can exchange your item(s) or return them for a full refund of the item price credited back to your original payment method. Items for return or exchange MUST be in new condition with original packaging and no signs of wear or use. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping your original order back to us for a return or exchange.
Sale Items are Exchangeable, Non-Refundable
We want you to be satisfied; therefore, sale items are fully exchangeable for alternative in-stock sizes or items, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer returns on sale items. (Sale items constitute any item marked with a discounted price. This will be illustrated on the product page as well as the shopping cart page)
Return/Exchange Item Condition
DO NOT TAKE ITEMS OUT FOR A RIDE until you are sure you want to keep them. We will not accept ANY exchanges or returns on merchandise that shows signs of use (this includes wear, bugs, dirt, smell, scuffs, etc). We encourage you to try your items on inside first. Items need to be in new condition, in their original packaging with all tags intact. If your return or exchange does not meet the above criteria, we simply cannot accept it.
Return/Exchange Process
If you wish to return an item, call us at (504) 595-6776 ext 112 or email websales@ttrno.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive a return/replacement authorization (RA), please place the item (must meet Item Condition requirements above) in its original packaging and place the RA# on the outside of the box. Items returned without an RA or not meeting Item Condition requirements will be refused. All returns must be received at TTRNO within 7 days of RA.
Out of Stock or Backordered Items
We strive to keep our online inventory up to date. We are a small shop, and are often out of sizes or colors. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock or cannot be promptly drop-shipped, we will let you know immediately and will void the credit card transaction.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately by phone. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and are subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by TTRNO.
